I ordered on papaginos.com for pickup, and the actual ordering part was easy. The site was simple enough to get through, but I did feel a little misled by the timing because it made it seem like everything would be fresh and ready right when I arrived.
When I got there, the food was already sitting on the pickup shelf, so I didn’t have to wait, which was nice. But one item wasn’t very hot, so it kind of felt like it had been there a bit. Still convenient overall, but I’d probably give it 4 stars for that reason.

I’ve been using the Papa Gino’s app pretty much every time I order now, and it’s been really solid for me.
The menu loads quick, the coupons are easy to find, and reordering my usual only takes like a minute. I also like that it saves my store and past orders, so I’m not clicking around forever trying to find the same stuff again.

Checkout is simple too, and I haven’t had any weird glitches or anything so far. Pickup times have been accurate for me, which is basicaly all I need from a pizza app...

I ordered from papaginos.com because I was hoping they’d have some decent options for different diets, but yeah, it ended up being kind of disappointing.
The menu doesn’t really make it obvious what’s vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free, all that stuff. I kept clicking around trying to figure it out and then halfway through I was like, wait, am I even sure this is safe to order?

The food itself was fine, nothing terrible, but if you have allergies or you’re just trying to stick to a certain way of eating, it’s not super helpful. I just wish they made the info easier to find.

I randomly decided to try a promo code at checkout and, it worked right away. Saved me a few bucks with no hassle, so that was a nice little surprise.

I ordered from papaginos.com last weekend and didn’t realize they had that much to pick from. I went in thinking it was mostly pizza, but then there were subs, pasta, salads, sides, kids’ stuff, and all that.
It made the whole ordering thing easy for my family since everyone wanted something different. The site was simple enough to use, and the menu definitely didn’t feel limited or anything.

The place was definitely clean, the tables were wiped down, the floors looked good, and there weren’t any weird smells. I just wish the rest of the experience had matched that, because I left a little disappointed

Ordered pickup from papaginos and, the main thing I cared about was whether they’d get the little stuff right. They did. The pizza had the extra cheese I asked for, and they actually remembered the side of ranch this time, which sounds small but somehow always matters. Food was still warm when I got it too. The only thing was the pickup time wasn’t quite accurate, I ended up waiting around 10 minutes. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying. But everything in the order was correct, so I’d call it a solid experience overall.

I order from papaginos.com and pick up from my local Papa Gino’s often. The parking is one of the best parts, I can pull in, grab my food, and head out without circling around forever. The only thing that bugs me is the communication can be a little unclear sometimes, like pickup timing or where exactly to go, which is annoying when you’re just trying to get dinner home. Still, the easy parking makes the whole thing way less of a hassle. 5 stars from me

They showed up quickly and got things moving without any hassle. I’ve dealt with a few services in the past where I was left waiting around, so it was nice to have someone actually arrive on time and be fast about it.

Papaginos' hours usually work out well for me, which is nice. It’s easy enough to check before heading over, and most days I don’t have any issues. I do wish my local location stayed open a little later on weekends, but overall it’s been convenient.

I was glad they offered curbside pickup because it definitely saved me some time. Maybe I’m too easily impressed by not having to go inside, but the whole thing was simple and worked well enough...

I ordered from papaginos last night the food was really good. The pizza showed up hot, the crust was soft but still had a little crisp to it, and the cheese tasted fresh. We also got breadsticks, and maybe I was just really hungry, but they were way better than I expected. Nothing fancy or anything, just good pizza that hit the spot. I’d definitely order again
